Miss Stance : Fall 2011

"El Ventilator never stops, I just keep on riding!".

This is the message our female redactor sent us from Brazil one week ago. But there was something she did not know : this message drove us, here in France at the Stance factory, completely crazy. We don't have any wind for more than a month, and we're just getting REALLY bored. So, we decided to find different activities in order not to get pissed after 7 pm.

Our first solution was to find Happy hours in local bars. It worked well for a week, but we decided that having constant headaches in the morning and pukin on our desks was not the ideal. I mean, it was cool, right. But at the end of the day we just kept on farting and we all started to have big beers belly.

We then had a short brainstorming to find new potential activities, that led to exclude :

• Polo  (we don't have any horses and they shit everywhere)
• Nascar (the peak oil is close)
• Babyfoot (really dangerous for the wrists, and there is furthermore a huge risk of ending up drinking beers)
• Buzkashi (too hard to pronounce. And can you picture yourself telling your co-worker at 5 pm "Hey, Gary, wanna join us to a Buzkashi game at 6?")

So, we decided to start golfing. It's a really complete sport, and they don't have any happy hour at the club house (the beers are actually twice more expensive than in regular places, which prevents us from getting wasted, and that's cool).

Eventually, last but not least, you meet really cool people, as the picture suggests it. And, by 'cool', we mean 'girls with huge boobs'. And since we're cool, we share the picture with you guys.

The thing is now that there's some wind, we have to get back to kiteboarding. And we hope that we'll find hot chicks on the beach, waiting for us with a keg of beer.
